    The estate

    The couple have been running the vineyard since 2002. Damien and Coralie are committed to making wines that perfectly reflect the terroir, which is why they use indigenous yeasts and age the grapes as precisely as possible.

    The wine

    Épinays is a plot-by-plot cuvée of Chenin with notes of grapefruit, green apple and jasmine. The wine is intense with long-lasting aromas. The balance of the wine is very harmonious: a must-taste.
