    Description

    The domain

    The vines have belonged to the Gonnet family for 7 generations. The vines are cultivated in the most natural way possible and the fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, so the champagnes are the purest reflection of the terroir from which they originate.



    The wine

    The 2015 vintage Blanc de Blancs champagne is a very beautiful expression of Chardonnay, revealing remarkable elegance. Thanks to long ageing on the lees, the champagne offers us notes of dried fruits, brioche, and cocoa.
