The domain
To date, Flavien works on the estate with his father. The vineyards are located in Vandières, in the Vallée de la Marne. On the 3.6 hectares of vines, the family cultivates meunier, chardonnay, and pinot noir. The estate produces authentic wines that perfectly reflect the terroir from which the vines originate, especially my parcel cuvées such as Arpent rouge, among others.
The wine
This S.A (Non-Vintage) cuvée from the Nowack estate is a blend of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Thanks to the complementarity of the two grape varieties, the cuvée is remarkably balanced and reveals notes of fresh brioche, butter, and yellow peach.
