The domain
The estate was established in 1998 when Jean-Louis and Fabienne Mann decided to produce and market their own vintages. They were joined in 2009 by Sébastien Mann, their son, who now expertly manages the estate. The harvests are manual and the grapes are meticulously selected, allowing for the production of exceptionally high-quality wines.
The wine
This cuvée comes from vines planted in the place called Ältengarten. The wine reveals notes of citrus, mirabelle plum, and quince. The great aromatic persistence of this wine attests to its high quality. The vineyard plot is facing full East, so the fruits, soaked in sunlight, reach full maturity.
