    Description

    The estate

The Belargus estate takes its name from the blue butterfly that lives in the vines. The wines offered here are remarkably precise and, for this reason, are among the most sought-after Loire wines. The estate's 24 hectares are farmed biodynamically. The estate produces a wide variety of parcel-based wines, with the aim of capturing as fully as possible what the terroir has to offer.

    The wine

Made from vines planted on schist soils, this cuvée reveals a concentrated Chenin with a harmonious structure. The wine offers an elegant aromatic palette combining fruity notes of apple, pear and yellow cherry with more complex notes of fresh almond, honey and quince.
