Maxime Dancoine took over the aitonnement estate in 2016 and cultivates a wide variety of grape varieties. Nebula is a cuvée made from a forgotten grape variety: douce noire. The wine has remarkable finesse and a very broad range of aromas.

    Description

    The estate

    The vineyard, located in Aiton in Savoie, is run by Maxime Dancoine. The vines benefit from an ideal terroir with steep, south-facing slopes. With such a topography, the winemaker does all the work in the vineyard by hand. The vineyard boasts a huge diversity of grape varieties, enabling Maxime Dancoine to produce a multitude of wine styles.

    The wine

    Genesis wine is a blend of 3 parcels of old vines, producing a balanced, harmonious wine. The hundred-year-old vines produce a concentrated wine with intense notes of lemon and stone fruit. Maxime Dancoine's cuvée is complex and very precise: a must-try!
