The estate

This small, highly confidential estate owes its name to its location, at the crossroads of latitude 47° North and longitude 3° East. This is an important fact for Guillaume Michaut, who cultivates alone the 8 hectares planted by his grandfather on the slopes of the village of Beines in the heart of Chablis. Each cuvée is crafted with a passion for the vines and the terroir, whose character reflects the typicity of the soil, the grape variety, Guillaume's philosophy and his know-how.
