The estate
Thibaut Masse runs the La Renière estate, which he took over in 2018, using organic viticulture methods. La Renière has existed for several centuries; before it was a wine estate, it was a farm. Thibaut's aim is to convey the best of what the terroir has to offer, so his wines are authentic, vinified in such a way as to bring out the best in the terroir.
The wine
This cuvée is the estate's emblematic Chenin. Vinified in concrete vats, this wine offers primary notes of green fruit, but also hints of brioche and toast due to its ageing on lees.
