    Description

    The estate

    Alains Mathias created the estate from scratch in 1982. In 2015, Carole and Bastien Mathias joined the domaine. The estate covers 13 hectares. The family estate produces red and white wines exclusively from pinot noir and chardonnay.

    The wine

    This Chablis opens with notes of green fruit, such as green apple and pear, and citrus fruit, such as grapefruit. This wine is a blend of several parcels, enabling the winemaker to offer a balanced and very harmonious cuvée.
