The vineyard
The Fumey Chatelain estate is located in Montigny-lès-Arsures, in the Jura region. To date, the family vineyard has 17 hectares of vines. With a view to respecting the environment, the vineyard has been undergoing biodynamic conversion since 2022.
The wine
This Savagnin comes from marl soils typical of the region. The wine was fermented and aged in barrels. Thanks to this micro-oxygenation, it has developed bitter almond aromas while retaining its primary aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit.
