The vineyard

Antoine Sanzay took over the family estate in 2002. The estate covers 11 hectares of Saumur and Saumur-Champigny. Antoine Sanzay produces precise, chiselled and elegant Chenin wines.

The wine

Cuvée Les Salles Martin comes from Chenin vines on a plot of around 1 hectare. Great care is taken during the harvest, which is carried out manually and in small crates, to preserve the freshness of the grapes. This cuvée is aged in large wooden containers, bringing complexity and texture to the chenin.
