The vineyard
Sandra and Peter Fischer manage the 30 hectares of vines using organic viticulture methods. The estate's plots are spread at different altitudes, from 330 to 400 meters, so the grapes retain a great deal of freshness while reaching optimum ripeness.
The wine
Le Grand Blanc is a complex blend of chardonnay, rousanne, ugni blanc, sauvignon blanc and rolle. The cuvée is marked by notes of white flowers. Thanks to the complementarity of the grape varieties, but also to the topography of the vineyard, Sandra and Peter Fischer succeed in preserving freshness in this cuvée.
