Great finale of the National Frédéric Delair Trophy

Jean-Baptiste DOMANGE and Raphaël MICHAUT from the Raymond Mondon high school Métiers de l’hôtellerie in Metz win the great finale of the National Frédéric Delair Trophy.

On the 7th April in the CFA Médéric Paris, Jean-Baptiste Domange et Raphaël Michaut eventually won the great finale of the 5th Edition of the National Frédéric Delair trophy, aiming to valorize restaurant service. The winning duet was honoured by an exceptional jury of professionals but also the godfather of this year François-Xavier Demaison, actor, winegrower and passionate about gastronomy.

They were 16 students from different schools to confront for this finale under the watch of deeply respected professionals in the restaurant world. The 8 duets completed 7 tailored events.
