Each of them entering our Cellar is stamped with the logo of our House, the ultimate symbol of excellence guaranteeing unique aging, and exceptional conditions favoring the natural evolution of wine. Our Head Sommelier Victor González is the keeper of this legendary underground temple. Watching over 300,000 bottles, he travels the country to meet the winegrowers and participates in the success of your most precious moments. He has joined our starred restaurant, known and awarded for its extraordinary wine menu, after several years as Assistant Manager Sommellerie in the Ritz in Paris. The Tour d’Argent has received the Wine Spectator Grand Award every year since 1983.
