A rare cuvée that needs at least 10 years of aging. It has the côte de Nuits style with the silky side of Vosne-Romanée.

Vaillons is the blend of 5 climates. It has a charming nose of peach and honeysuckle. In the mouth, the attack is very aromatic and the finale is quite refreshing with a nice minerality. A subtle agreement with seafood products or a platter of cheese.

 Champagne Tour d'Argent, Cuvée Cathelin, 1996

This Champagne is a tribute to the artist Bernard Cathelin. It has toasted brioche and butter aromas and will delight you with its fine bubbles.

They are carefully packed in a Tour d'Argent engraved wooden case.
