    Description

    The vineyard

    The Domaine des Ardoisières was created in 1998 and is run biodynamically. With minimal yields and manual harvesting, the wines produced are of the highest quality and reflect the terroir of Savoy.

    The wine

    Cuvée Améthyste comes from vines planted on south-facing terraces, allowing the grapes to reach full ripeness. The blend of Persan and Mondeuse Noir grapes gives this cuvée the right balance of finesse and structure. Whole-cluster vinification brings tannin and elegance to the cuvée.
