The vineyard
In the heart of the Languedoc region, Domaine de Montcalmès owns vineyard plots in the communes of Puéchabon and Aniane. With very different exposures, each parcel produces its own unique style of wine.
The wine
Our Terrasses du Larzac is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. The first two grape varieties come from vines planted on a north-facing limestone plateau, where the fruit retains the acidity essential to the wine's balance, as well as aromas of fresh red fruits. Mourvèdre, on the other hand, is grown on north-west and south-facing plots, bringing notes of candied black fruit and tannins with extra power to the blend.

The wine can be aged in wine cellar.
Better served between 15°C - 17°C.
