The vineyard

The vineyards in the southwest of the Isle of Beauty benefits from an extraordinary terroir. Rimenese, genovese and biancu ghjentile are just some of the native grape varieties that flourish in this extraordinary terroir between sea and mountains, bringing out the very best in each of them. The domaine's wines are highly distinctive, thanks firstly to their unique terroir and secondly to the use of endemic grape varieties.

Le vin

This Sciaccarellu offers a silky palate with concentrated red fruit aromas and a hint of white pepper. Thanks to the grape variety's primary character and ideal exposure, the grapes were able to retain their acidity, producing a cuvée full of freshness. For Rosumarinu, Gilles Seroin uses stainless steel tanks only, so the cuvée can be drunk young.
