Description

The vineyard

Sandra and Peter Fischer manage the 30 hectares of vines under organic viticulture. The estate's plots are spread at different altitudes, from 330 to 400 meters, so the grapes retain a great deal of freshness while reaching optimum ripeness.

The wine

Grand Rouge is made from the estate's finest plots. It's a complex blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Pinot Noir. Aged for 12 months in barrel, Grand Rouge offers supple tannins and hints of sweet spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.

The wine can be aged in wine cellar.

Better served between 15°C - 17°C.
