The vineyard

On the highest slopes of Cahors, Fabien Jouves created his estate, Le Mas del Périé, in 2006. Thanks to biodynamic viticulture and parcel-based cuvées, the winemaker succeeds in transcribing the terroirs of Cahors in his cuvées.

The wine

This Malbec reveals notes of black fruit and tobacco. The powerful tannins are very well integrated into the wine. Aged in concrete vats for 6 months, the wine fully expresses the varietal character of its terroir.

The wine can be aged in wine cellar.

Better served between 15°C - 17°C.
