The vineyard

Domaine Fumey Chatelain is located in Montigny les Arsures, Jura. Today, the family vineyard comprises 17 hectares of vines. With a view to respecting the environment, the vineyard has been undergoing biodynamic conversion since 2022.

The wine

A blend of three grape varieties, this estate cuvée offers balance and elegance. Aged for 10 months in tuns and barrels, the tannins have softened considerably, resulting in a smooth, fresh wine.
