The domain
The Domaine Les Crès Borie - La Vitarelle is a vineyard located in the heart of the Saint-Chinian appellation, in Languedoc. It cultivates traditional grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan on clay-limestone soils. The estate takes pride in producing natural wines that reflect the terroir and the unique climate of the region.
The wine
The nose is complex and elegant, with aromas of ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry) mingling with spicy notes of black pepper and garrigue. The palate is rich and well-structured, with silky and well-integrated tannins, giving the wine a velvety texture.
