The Jean-Louis Chave estate is located in Mauves, in the northern Rhône Valley. Very well-known for his Hermitage, Jean-Louis Chave possesses incredible talent, and his syrah, roussanne, and marsanne are concentrated with a perfect balance between sunny wine and freshness.



The wine

This magnificent Syrah is concentrated and velvety, the tannins are powerful but perfectly integrated into the wine. The wine offers notes of blueberry, black cherry mixed with menthol aromas. With a few years of aging behind it, the wine is just beginning to develop notes of cooked plum.
