The domain

Founded at the beginning of the 20th century, the estate covers an area of 14.5 hectares in the municipality of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The estate is a reference in Burgundy not only because it produces exceptional wines but also and especially because Henri Gouge, its creator, worked tirelessly for Burgundy wines and their reputation worldwide. The wine

For this premier cru, the plot is ideally located in the middle of the slopes, offering the vines a soil and exposure suitable for good grape ripeness. Concentrated and structured, the Vaucrains has benefited from aging, developing tertiary notes of truffle in particular, without losing its freshness.
