The domain
Founded at the beginning of the 20th century, the estate covers an area of 14.5 hectares in the municipality of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The estate is a reference in Burgundy not only because it produces exceptional wines but also and especially because Henri Gouge, its creator, worked tirelessly for Burgundy wines and their reputation worldwide. The wine
Les Saint Georges is, without a shadow of a doubt, the most renowned premier cru of the commune. This premier cru allows for the production of concentrated and precise wines: key elements for a great wine for aging. After decades in our cellars, the wine has developed tertiary notes of truffle, underbrush, and smoked bacon. The tannins are smooth and harmonious.
