    Description

    The domain

Founded in 1919, the estate has been run by the Trapet family for four generations. It owns vineyards in some of the most prestigious appellations of the Côte de Nuits, including the grand crus Chambertin and Chapelle-Chambertin, as well as in the Alsace region. The estate is renowned for its commitment to biodynamic viticulture and its respect for the terroir. It produces high-quality red and white wines, seeking elegance and fruit purity in each of its cuvées.

    The wine

Located in the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin, the grand cru Chapelle-Chambertin produces exceptional Pinot Noir, among the most sought after in the world. After a few years spent in our cellars, this Pinot Noir displays tertiary notes of game and smoked bacon without having lost its brilliant freshness.
