    Description

    The domain

The estate opts for very dense planting, allowing among other things, the production of highly concentrated grapes. Mr. Boillot particularly cherishes the old Champ Canet vines that were planted by his ancestor. The Alzingre family, being focused on quality, harvests the grapes manually at the estate.

    The wine

The Premier Cru Champ Canet reveals notes of green fruits such as apple and pear. All of this alongside tertiary notes due to the wine's evolution in bottles, such as white truffle, orange peel, or even straw.
