The domain

Created in 1991 following a land division by Charles Mortet (Denis's father). Today, it is managed by his son Arnaud, following the passing of his father Denis Mortet in 2006. The estate consists of a selection of the best Burgundian climates, thus offering wines of exceptional quality.



The wine

The Gevrey-Chambertin old vines offers a wine with notes of kirsch, strawberry jam, and fresh fig. The aromatic persistence of the wine is remarkable. The tannins are fine, which adds a lot of elegance to the wine.

Open a few hours in advance and/or decant.

To be served preferably around 15°C - 17°C degrees.
