The domain
Founded in 1919, the estate has been run by the Trapet family for four generations. It owns vineyards in some of the most prestigious appellations of the Côte de Nuits, notably the grand crus Chambertin and Chapelle-Chambertin, as well as in the Alsace region. The estate is renowned for its commitment to biodynamic viticulture and its respect for the terroir. It produces high-quality red and white wines, seeking elegance and fruit purity in each of the cuvées.
The wine
Ostrea is a blend of several lieux-dits, this Gevrey will charm you with its elegance and complexity, featuring notes of black fruits such as black plum and forest fruits. Today, the wine reveals notes of black truffle and game.
