Description

The domain

The Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Château de Beaucastel are considered the best of the appellation. Today, the vineyard covers 130 hectares, of which only 100 are cultivated. The yields are controlled and, in line with a biodynamic approach, the addition of compost has replaced chemical products.

The wine

The wine reveals magnificent aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant, spices, leather, and candied fruits. It demonstrates great aging potential and currently reveals tertiary aromas of game, mushrooms, and leather.

Can be stored in the cellar.

Open a few hours in advance and/or decant.

To be served preferably around 15°C - 17°C degrees.
