The domain

Coume del Mas is the property of the Gard family, its creation dates back to 1997. Located on the Spanish border, the estate extends over coastal lands that were deserted because they were difficult to work. After a lot of clearing and replanting work, the result is more than convincing.



The wine

The Quadratur cuvée is the result of blending Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Carignan vines. Thanks to a cold pre-fermentation maceration, the wine opens up with notes of small red fruits. Thanks to an ideal exposure, the cuvée retains a lot of freshness.



Service tips

Can be stored in the cellar.
Open a few hours in advance and/or decant.
To be served preferably around 15°C - 17°C degrees.
