    Description

    The estate

    Over the space of a few decades, the Sabon family has built up the Domaine de la Janasse, formerly the name of the family farm located at ‘La Janasse’ in the Étoiles de Chateauneuf-du-Pape district.

    The wine

    This cuvée is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, typical of the southern Rhône Valley, and is perfectly balanced. The wine reveals notes of ripe black fruit such as blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry. The wine also reveals hints of garrigue, adding to its complexity.
