    Description

    The estate

Mr Boillot is particularly fond of the old Champ Canet vines planted by his grandfather. As the Alzingre family is committed to quality, the grapes are harvested each year on the estate.

    The wine

The Premier Cru La Truffière benefits from a terroir and exposure that enable the production of exceptional wines. Here, Domaine Boillot produces a Chardonnay with typically Burgundian notes of toast, cream and brioche. Thanks to its cellaring, the wine has developed tertiary notes of mushroom, among other things.
