The domain
The vineyards of the estate, planted on limestone soils, benefit from an ideal exposure. The estate combines Burgundian traditions with modern techniques to produce wines of great purity and complexity.
The wine
The Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères 1989 reveals a mature expression of Chardonnay. The nose is delicate, offering aromas of ripe white fruits, dried flowers, and hazelnut. On the palate, the wine is rich, with a creamy texture, flavors of butter and vanilla, and well-integrated acidity. The finale is long, on mineral notes.
