Château Doisy-Védrines comes from the division of the large historical estate Doisy, founded in 1704. This vineyard, located in the Sauternes-Barsac region, upholds a tradition of excellence in the production of sweet white wines.
The wine
Made primarily from Sémillon, the 1988 vintage displays a golden hue with amber reflections. Its complex nose reveals intense aromas of honey, candied apricot, and exotic fruits. The mouthfeel, creamy and smooth, is marked by a beautiful acidity that beautifully balances the sweetness, offering a long finish, imbued with freshness.
