    The domain

    Historical domain created in Nuits-Saint-Georges in 1825, 7 generations succeeded one another in the domain, notably Georges Faivelay who was the creator of the brotherhood of the Knights of Tastevins. Today, the domain exploits plots of land on some of the most famous climates in Burgundy.

    The wine 

    The climat "Les Saint Georges" was planted in the year 1000 and is considered as one of the oldest. It will develop after its keeping notes of spices and ripe fruits with a very nice suppleness in mouth. 1985 is considered as an exceptional vintage in Burgundy. The wines are remarkable by their concentration and their harmony.
