The estate

The Colombo estate is located in the Cornas appellation, in the heart of the Rhône Valley, and is run by Jean-Luc Colombo, a passionate and visionary winemaker. The estate was founded in 1984 with the aim of producing high-quality wines while respecting the unique terroir of the Cornas appellation.

The wine

The wine reveals aromas of blackberry, black olive, spices, and smoky notes. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with mellow tannins. The long, peppery finish offers beautiful persistence with hints of leather and licorice.
