    Description

    The estate

The Paul Garaudet family estate is located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, between Volnay and Meursault. It covers 10.5 hectares, 5.5 of which are exclusively planted with Pinot Noir in the communes of Pommard, Volnay, and Monthelie, and 5 hectares are planted with Chardonnay in Monthelie, Meursault, and Puligny-Montrachet. The estate works according to sustainable viticulture principles, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, in order to preserve the soil, the vines, and above all, future generations.

    The wine

This Pommard offers notes of leather, game, and undergrowth. Thanks to the incredible work of the Garaudet estate, the wine has been able to evolve in the bottle without losing any of its brilliance. Today, the tannins are perfectly integrated into the wine and the palate is velvety.
