    The discreet but traditional Domaine Michelot has succeeded in extracting the quintessence of this prestigious terroir. Located in the southern part of the appellation, “Les Cailles” is one of the finest wines of Nuits-Saint-Georges.

    The wine

    The wine delivers developed aromas of candied cherry, undergrowth, and blond tobacco. Supple and full-bodied on the palate, with mellow tannins, carried by a fine minerality. A persistent, flavorful finish with beautiful elegance.
