Nuits-Saint-Georges

The domain

David Duband created his estate in 1991, alongside his father's activity, who has been cultivating vines since the mid-1960s. Benefiting from the designation Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits, its production is among the most sought after in the region.



The wine

This historical plot located between the climates "Aux Argillas" and "Hauts Bousselots," the climate "Aux Thorey" features a clay-stony soil. The wine is vinified with 80% whole grapes, and the fermentation is gentle with minimal extraction, resulting in wines where power and elegance are key. 2004 gave birth to elegant and refined wines.
