The domain
The Tollot Beaut House is a family-run estate established in Burgundy since the 19th century. Based in Chorey-lès-Beaune, the Tollot family passionately upholds the winemaking tradition of the region. The estate is renowned for its production of characterful wines, true to the Burgundy terroir, and has vineyards in several prestigious appellations, including Aloxe-Corton, where it produces high-quality red wines.
The wine
This Grand Cru, sourced from carefully selected plots, benefits from an exceptional terroir where the clay and limestone-rich soils promote a slow and complete ripening of the grapes. Vinification is carried out with surgical precision, with a long maceration allowing for optimal extraction of aromas and tannins.
