The domain

The house founded by Louis-Henry Jadot in 1850 is among the most prestigious in Burgundy, both in terms of the size of the estate and its trading aspect. She offers vintages in each Burgundy appellation, and her total area covers 225 hectares.

The wine

The 2005 vintage, regarded as exceptional in Burgundy, reveals a powerful and profound wine here. The bouquet unfolds enchanting aromas of ripe black fruits, licorice, violet, and underbrush, with hints of sweet spices and cocoa. On the palate, the texture is ample, the tannins are silky, and the finish is impressively long.
