Créée en 1859 par Louis-Henry Jadot après le rachat de la parcelle "Les Ursules", la Maison n'a eu de cesse de se développer. It is currently being managed quite effectively by Pierre-Henry Gagey, who offers a beautiful selection of terroirs from the most classic Burgundy appellations. Regularity is the key word for this House, which produces wines that respect each appellation and climate with a true sense of purity.
