The domain
The House was founded in 1850 by Louis-Henry Jadot and is considered one of the most prestigious in Burgundy, both for the size of the estate and its trading aspect. She offers vintages in every Burgundy appellation. The total area of the estate is 225 hectares.
The wine
Exposed to the morning sun, the roots buried in clay and chalk soil give this Grand Cru the breadth and structure it deserves. Aged for 18 months at the estate and then resting in our cellars, it is now ready to be discovered and tasted. Despite the challenging vintage that 1991 was, particularly in Burgundy, Domaine Jadot reassures us of its expertise.Advice: Ready to drink. Serve between 14-15°C. Perhaps decanted, but with great delicacy.
