The Domaine
It was founded in 1919 and is run by the Trapet family for four generations. They own vineyards in some of the most prestigious appellations of Côte de Nuits, including Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambertin and Chapelle-Chambertin.
The wine
Le millésime 1998 a été marqué par des conditions climatiques variées en Bourgogne, avec un été chaud suivi d'un automne relativement frais. Ici, notre Chambertin offre en bouche une belle concentration, des tanins soyeux et une longue finale.
