    Château La Dournie, founded in 1998 by the Dournie family, is located in the Saint-Chinian appellation, in the heart of Languedoc. This 15-hectare estate primarily cultivates red grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan.



    The wine

    The nose is complex and expressive, with aromas of ripe dark fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry, enhanced by spicy notes of black pepper and garrigue. It blends with subtle hints of leather, tobacco, and underbrush, adding complexity.
