The Domaine des Simonettes is located in the Saint-Chinian wine region, in the heart of Languedoc. It is renowned for its balanced and expressive wines, cultivating local grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan.



The wine

The nose is complex and mature, offering aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and black cherry, accompanied by spicy notes of pepper, garrigue, and fine touches of leather and underbrush. Slightly toasted and licorice notes enrich the aromatic bouquet.
