The Domaine Causse du Bousquet, located in the heart of the Saint-Chinian appellation, cultivates its vines on clay-limestone soils.The estate uses local grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan to produce rich and structured wines.



The wine

The nose is complex and generous, with aromas of ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, black cherry), garrigue, black pepper, and hints of leather and tobacco. Woody and spicy notes enrich the aromatic palette.
