The domain

Château La Croix Canon, in the Canon-Fronsac appellation, has belonged to the Dorneau vineyards since 1870. Founded by Mrs. Viaud, the initial estate of 10 hectares expanded with the acquisition of Château Roullet in 1949 and Château Pontus in 1960.



The wine

The 2000 vintage, considered excellent in Bordeaux, offers here a powerful and concentrated wine with good aging potential. Château La Croix Canon 2000 is currently at its peak, offering a beautiful expression of the Canon-Fronsac terroir.
