The domain
Château La Grave, founded in the 19th century by Mr. Trigant de Boisset, is one of the oldest estates in Pomerol. Acquired in 1971 by Christian Moueix, the 8-hectare vineyard is located on the western slope of the appellation.
The wine
The wine offers complex aromas of ripe dark fruits, underbrush, and sweet spices, while on the palate, it reveals a balanced structure with melted tannins, a beautiful breadth, and a long and elegant finish, typical of great Pomerol.
